The intention is for the group to be largely community led thus many ideas and changes will come organically, and this should never be stifled. It should be recognized that the simulator that we are all here for and love and hate in equal measures will likely change drastically over the hopefully many years that this organization will run. These changes may be for the better or worse, short term or long term, thus continuing to do something in an “old way” when the sim no longer supports will potentially cause issues. This hopefully allow said organic changes to arise with members and leadership being open to this as solutions.
