FQNH (Force QNH) is often what is used in an AO, it will be the lowest forecast QNH within the AO for the duration (usually no more than 24h)
RPS (Regional Pressure Setting) is a QNH within an Altimeter Setting Region (ASR) it changes every hour and is the lowest forecast QNH within the ASR used for low level transit flights
Neither of these are applicable to DCS due to the current weather modelling
